We were not at the house in Lake Tahoe for more than 15 minutes before the guys were all outside messing around with BEAR. A big gathering of friends in Lake Tahoe was the perfect recipe for a fun filled week.
Lake Tahoe is a beautiful area. It's the perfect size to have plenty of things to do, but not too large or crowded to feel overwhelmed. We rented a house, so we had room for all the adults and babies. The guys got to spend some male bonding time at the local brewery and exploring on Jeep adventures. We all rented a boat to enjoy the beauty that is Lake Tahoe. And the ladies got a much needed ladies night out.
BEAR was able to experience the Rubicon Trail. He survived the trail, as did Greg, Jon, and Ryan. I can't really speak about the trail because I did not go. Thankfully, Katie and I stayed in Lake Tahoe with the kiddies.
We had lots of pictures from the week. It was a week filled with many memories and experiences. Amazing time with friends. And beautiful Lake Tahoe...

We went on another hike. This time it was to Granite Lake and Maggie's Peak. |

With views like this, I am starting to understand why people hike. Maybe it's not so bad after all. |

We have some pretty cute babies. Our hubbies are cute too. |

While the guys were on the Rubicon Trail, Katie and I took the babies on a hike. |

And we rented one of the bikes and took a spin around the area. |

The week in Tahoe with friends was amazing, but we had to say our goodbyes. We were off to our final stop, San Francisco.
