Planes, Trains, and Automobiles...

Henry and I flew to Chicago a few days before Ryan. We took the few days to spend time with Grandma and Grandpa, relaxing, and trying to acclimate ourselves to the cold Midwest weather. Ryan flew in, and our tour of the Midwest began. Nine days, two States, five cities, and endless miles of travel. It would take planes, trains and automobiles to complete our tour of the Midwest.

Friday: Brookfield, WI
Saturday: Green Bay, WI
Sunday: Madison, WI
Monday-Tuesday: Michigan City, IN
Wednesday-Friday: Indianapolis, IN
Saturday: back to Michigan City, IN
Sunday: off to the airport!

Many days, and plenty of time spent with loving family and friends. Thank you to everyone that made time in their schedules, to those that opened their homes for us to stay, and travelled many miles too. Much love to all of you. Here are a few of my favorite pictures, and many more can be found in our photo album (link at the bottom of this post).

And a huge thank you (even though he can't read this) to Henry for adapting to all the location changes, crazy schedules and endless hours of travel, in planes, trains, and automobiles.

Henry and I were ready for our first solo flight. Car seat on back, baby on front, and rolling carry on.
I had so many wonderful people offer to help me. Now that I see this picture, I am thinking, maybe it was because the car seat bag was bigger than me. :)

My little man is definitely a southern boy. He dislikes the cold weather as much as I do. We both had our share of layers on.

Mr. Tiger thought Baby Dragon looked delicious.
