I found this on the window ledge of our second bedroom. My logical self thinks it's insulation foam that has fallen from an apartment above. My childlike self thinks it's the neighborhood pigeon's attempt at macaroni and cheese. For my own amusement, my vote is for the macaroni and cheese. The crazy pigeons like to hang out on the window ledges and they have to get hunger at some point. What do you think?
